On behalf of Summit Contracting, LLC, I would like to express our appreciation to River Town Construction, LLC for your enthusiasm and commitment on the Abengoa Ethanol Plant in West Franklin, Indiana.
It has been my pleasure to work with River Town Construction, LLC staff on this particular project. The main scope of the job included 22,000 sq. yds. of 7" heavy duty concrete pavement, multiple concrete semi-truck scale ramps, and a spill containment truck loading slab. Your efforts and the efforts of your men were an important part of the success of the difficult scope on this project.
The quality of the workmanship is apparent on this project and River Town Construction, LLC should be proud of the dedication and hard work put forward to make this project a success story.
We look forward to working with River Town Construction, LLC on future projects.

RCI, Inc.
I am pleased to offer a letter of recommendation for River Town Construction. River Town worked as a subcontractor to RCI on the U.S. Army Reserve Center - Evansville Parking Lot Repair in 2009. This was a competitive award design/build project for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and included site demolition, grading, drainage, concrete pavement ands sidewalks, concrete joint sealants, concrete stairs, and protective bollards. The Reserve Center was fully occupied and fully functioning for the duration of the project, and close coordination and effective communication were required by all parties involved to minimize impact on the Army's mission. River Town planned, organized and controlled all of their work properly. River Town's office and field personnel executed their work with the utmost professionalism throughout the project. River Town offered cost saving recommendations, scheduling options, and worked very well as part of a team on this project. In the past five years RCI has performed more than 150 construction and design/build contracts for various Federal Government agencies ranging from Texas to the Washington D.C. metropolitan area. Based on our experience with the U.S. Army Reserve Center - Evansville project, RCI welcomes the opportunity to recommend or work with River Town Construction on future projects. They take pride in their work. If you have any questions or need additional information please contact us at your convenience.

Levee Lift, Inc.
Levee Lift, Inc. contracted with River Town Construction in the summer of 2006 to grade and pour approximately 17,000 sq. ft. of 6 inch parking lot. As the Levee Lift representative who worked with River Town Construction, I would like to submit that they were professional in their approach to the project. They were on site when they said they would be and completed the project on time. As many projects go, we made changes and found drains in wrong locations. River Town corrected these unforeseen problems and went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied. I have forecast in my 2008 budget for more concrete work and will contract with River Town Construction again for this work.

This contractor placed the curb and gutter, concrete curb, sidewalks, concrete drives and wheelchair ramps. The quality of the workmanship was quite good, adding to the perceived quality of the overall project. Many positive comments were received from the adjacent property owners during the prosecution of the project. A quality experience!
